I went to Oba! for happy hour the other day with a group of ladies from my work. We had a great turn-out--nine of us! Most of us ordered the fish tacos and I got the Shrimp Ceviche. Oba has a great happy hour menu but I would say it is on the higher priced side of happy hours.
