I pinned Rachael Ray's Now You'll be Living Longer Pasta:

And I made it for dinner!

I think this was a spin off of her popular You Won't Be Single for Long Vodka Pasta recipe, which has gotten a lot of flak for being unhealthy. This pasta doesn't have any cream sauce on it yet it tasted kind of like it did because of the egg white tempurah that you add to the pasta. As you may have noticed, I eat a lot of Kale and this recipe called for an entire bunch. I grow Kale in my garden almost year-round, so I am always looking for ways to incorporate it into a meal! This dish was approved by my boyfriend as well so it looks like I will be making it again! Him and his meat loving ways is why I included the sausage in our meal.
